Manitoba's bilingual municipal leadership mobilizes against COVID-19
The COVID-19 outbreak is an urgent public health matter for Manitoba’s bilingual municipalities and Francophone communities.
The Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM) is committed to supporting our bilingual municipalities and Francophone communities by publishing information and resources that will help protect the health of our citizens.
Above all, the AMBM recommends that Manitoba’s bilingual municipalities and Francophone communities follow the advice of government authorities responsible for local, provincial and national public health.
The AMBM invites Manitoba’s bilingual municipalities and Francophone communities to review these resources regularly. We will update these resources as soon as new information becomes available.

CDEM services and initiatives
Our local communities are experiencing an unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic crisis and a further economic downturn. They need help.
In response, the CDEM is taking concrete action by proposing a map of services and initiatives to accompany, serve and promote Manitoba’s Francophone and bilingual communities in and through this difficult time.
EWC projects and initiatives
Stimulating local economic recovery in small and medium-sized municipalities by supporting the development and implementation of green initiatives is a priority for Eco-West Canada (EWC).
EWC is ready to support municipalities in greening their local and regional economies, setting the stage for post-COVID-19.
