The Association of Manitoba Bilingual Municipalities (AMBM) is working alongside its member municipalities to progressively implement the Municipal Maturity Model (3M). This structured tool is designed to strengthen the capacity of our communities to deliver high-quality municipal services in both official languages—French and English.
As governments closest to residents, municipalities play a direct and tangible role in the development and vitality of bilingual communities within their jurisdictions.
Strong, attractive, and resilient bilingual communities cannot be built without the active participation of residents. Your engagement matters. By sharing your perspective, you contribute directly to improving municipal services and to building sustainable bilingual communities.

In keeping with the commitments of the 3M, Manitoba’s bilingual municipalities are taking action to address today’s challenges and generate meaningful impact on the prosperity of their communities.
